Buying a phone can be a good fit if you want to manage the setup, testing, file transfer, audio editing and delivery yourself. Leave Love Here brings those parts together: the rental kit, shipping both ways, sound balancing, message organization and a private gallery with downloads. The service continues after the party.

Our service includes balancing message volume, reducing distracting background noise where possible, and organizing your recordings for listening and downloading. The original voices, laughter and character matter. Results depend on the original recording and the room.

We aim to ship at least 14 days before your event, for arrival about a week ahead. Shipping dates are targets. Kits can ship earlier, and free cancellation ends when we hand yours to the carrier. If your event is coming up soon, your kit may ship within days of booking, so the free-cancellation window is shorter.

Pick up the handset, listen to your greeting, leave a message and hang up. Guests do not need an app or an account. The kit includes simple setup instructions and a table sign.

Send the kit back within 3 business days after your event. Reuse the protective packaging and attach the prepaid label. Hand the parcel to the carrier named on that label and keep your drop-off receipt.

We prepare your private gallery within 3 days of receiving the returned kit. Gallery access lasts 180 days. Download the recordings during that time to keep your own copy.

Yes. Email hello@leavelovehere.com with your order number before we hand your kit to the carrier for a full refund. Creating a shipping label does not count as shipping. Once we hand over the kit, customer cancellations are nonrefundable and the complete kit must still be returned. If kits ship separately, this applies to each kit. Refunds required by law or owed because our service failed remain available.

Email us if your plans change and we’ll help you explore a new date. A new date depends on availability. We’ll explain any price difference before you agree, and the change takes effect once we confirm it in writing. Weather, illness and venue changes follow the same cancellation policy. Changing the date does not restore free cancellation for a kit that has already shipped.

If we or our authorized carrier can’t provide a usable phone for your event, you can choose an available replacement in time or a refund of the amount paid for the affected rental and undelivered extras. You do not have to accept a credit. Contact us promptly so we can help. If you gave us an incorrect address, we’ll look at how it affected delivery. Guests choosing not to record, or ordinary event noise, do not by themselves qualify for a refund.

We’ll contact you to agree on an available alternative. We won’t replace your phone or package with something materially different without your agreement. If an availability error means we can’t accept your booking, we return any payment taken. If your booking is already confirmed and we can’t provide a usable phone for your event, you can choose an available replacement in time or the refund described above.

Yes. Follow the kit instructions to record a greeting in your own voice before the event. Guests hear it when they pick up, so you can welcome them and leave a simple prompt.

Yes. We aim for the phone to arrive a week before your event. Record your greeting, leave a test message and play it back while there is still time to contact us if something does not sound right.

The phone runs on its rechargeable battery during the event. It does not need Wi-Fi, cellular service, an app or an account to record messages. Charge it fully beforehand and follow the kit instructions for setup.

Yes. You can choose more than one phone, mix colors and use the same event date for all of them. The price applies to each phone, subject to availability.

There is no fixed message count because recording length varies. The phone saves messages to its internal storage. For an unusually large or multi-day event, email us before booking so we can confirm the right setup.

Choose a quieter spot away from loudspeakers, the DJ and heavy foot traffic. Put the table sign beside it and make a test recording from the exact location before guests arrive.

Check the setup guide and make sure the phone is charged. If the issue remains, email hello@leavelovehere.com as soon as possible with your booking name, event date and what you are seeing or hearing. Do not open or repair the phone yourself.
