What is an audio guestbook?
A phone your guests use to leave voice messages instead of writing in a book. Keep their laughter, stories and wishes to replay after your celebration.
How much does the rental cost?
$99 per phone. Shipping both ways is included. Choose your event date to check availability.
What is included?
Your phone kit, setup instructions, table sign, shipping both ways, audio care and a private gallery with downloads.
When will my phone arrive?
For standard bookings, we aim for arrival about a week before your event. Short-notice dates need an availability and delivery check before booking.
Does it need Wi-Fi?
No Wi-Fi, cellular service, app or account is needed during the event. Fully charge the phone before use.
Can I record my own greeting?
Yes. Follow the kit instructions to record your greeting and leave a test message before the event.
How do I return the kit?
Send it back within 3 business days after your event, using the original packaging and prepaid label. Keep your drop-off receipt.
When do I receive my recordings?
We prepare your private gallery within 3 days of receiving the returned kit. You have 180 days to listen and download your recordings.
Can I cancel?
Email us before we hand your kit to the carrier for a full refund. After shipping, customer cancellations are nonrefundable. See the full cancellation policy for details.

When will the phone arrive?
We aim for arrival about a week before your event, so you have time to get familiar with the phone. Shipping dates are targets; kits can ship earlier. Free cancellation ends when we hand yours to the carrier.
What do guests need to do?
Pick up, hear your greeting, leave a message and hang up. The phone uses its rechargeable battery during the event, with no Wi-Fi, app or account needed.
