Talk it through with usAn audio guestbook is a phone your guests use to leave voice messages instead of writing in a book. Their laughter, stories and wishes become recordings you can listen to and download after your celebration.
Launch price: $99 USD per phone for available event dates. Your rental includes a ready-to-use kit, sound balancing, noise reduction where possible, a private gallery and downloads. Shipping both ways is included.
We aim to ship at least 14 days before your event, for arrival about a week ahead. Shipping dates are targets. Kits can ship earlier, and free cancellation ends when we hand yours to the carrier. If your event is coming up soon, your kit may ship within days of booking, so the free-cancellation window is shorter.
Guests pick up the handset, listen to your greeting, leave a message and hang up. The phone runs on its rechargeable battery and does not need Wi-Fi, cellular service, an app or an account during the event.
Send the kit back within 3 business days after your event using the protective packaging and prepaid label. We prepare your private gallery within 3 days of receiving the kit; you then have 180 days to listen and download your recordings.
Yes. Email hello@leavelovehere.com with your order number before we hand your kit to the carrier for a full refund. Creating a shipping label does not count as shipping. Once we hand over the kit, customer cancellations are nonrefundable and the complete kit must still be returned. If kits ship separately, this applies to each kit. Refunds required by law or owed because our service failed remain available.
Email us if your plans change and we’ll help you explore a new date. A new date depends on availability. We’ll explain any price difference before you agree, and the change takes effect once we confirm it in writing. Weather, illness and venue changes follow the same cancellation policy. Changing the date does not restore free cancellation for a kit that has already shipped.
If we or our authorized carrier can’t provide a usable phone for your event, you can choose an available replacement in time or a refund of the amount paid for the affected rental and undelivered extras. You do not have to accept a credit. Contact us promptly so we can help. If you gave us an incorrect address, we’ll look at how it affected delivery. Guests choosing not to record, or ordinary event noise, do not by themselves qualify for a refund.
We’ll contact you to agree on an available alternative. We won’t replace your phone or package with something materially different without your agreement. If an availability error means we can’t accept your booking, we return any payment taken. If your booking is already confirmed and we can’t provide a usable phone for your event, you can choose an available replacement in time or the refund described above.
