An audio guestbook is a phone your guests use to leave voice messages instead of writing in a book. Their laughter, stories and wishes become recordings you can listen to and download after your celebration.

For standard bookings, we aim for arrival about a week before your event, with time to set up and test. Short-notice dates require an availability and delivery check before booking. Kits can ship earlier; free cancellation ends when we hand yours to the carrier. Shipping details.

Can we record our own welcome message?
Yes. Follow the kit instructions to record a greeting in your own voice before the event. Guests hear it when they pick up, so you can welcome them and leave a simple prompt.
How many messages can we record?
There is no fixed message count because recording length varies. The phone saves messages to its internal storage. For an unusually large or multi-day event, email us before booking so we can confirm the right setup.
How do we return the phone and receive the recordings?
Send the kit back within 3 business days after your event using the protective packaging and prepaid label. We prepare your private gallery within 3 days of receiving the kit; you then have 180 days to listen and download your recordings.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes. For a full refund, email hello@leavelovehere.com before we hand your kit to the carrier. After it ships, customer cancellations are nonrefundable and the kit must still be returned. Full cancellation policy.
What if the phone does not arrive or work in time?
