Talk it through with usWe aim to ship at least 14 days before your event, for arrival a week ahead. Choose an event date at least 14 days from today, then follow the kit instructions to record your greeting and try a test message.
Send the kit back within 3 business days after your event. Reuse the protective packaging and attach the prepaid label. Hand the parcel to the carrier named on that label and keep your drop-off receipt.
We prepare your private gallery within 3 days of receiving the returned kit. Gallery access lasts 180 days. Download the recordings during that time to keep your own copy.
